The seventh-seeded Golden Knights built a 25-20 edge in shots en route to the win over the No. 2 seed. Tatios tied the game with 11 seconds remaining before adding the overtime game-winner.
Lauren McDermott scored five goals for North Penn.
In other quarterfinal action, Ana White's four goals proved to be the difference for Strath Haven in a 10-6 win over Unionville.
The fifth-seeded Panthers (17-3) led, 6-4, at the half and were able to stay comfortably ahead in the second half thanks to White and Emily Garrity, who added a pair of goals and had four assists.
Springfield (Delaware County) ousted Abington, 17-10, with Sam Tulskie's six goals and Madison Poplawski's four. For the Ghosts, Kailee Ashby netted five goals.
Boys' Lacrosse
Rocco Pilero's four goals helped Downingtown East top Lower Merion, 11-4, in a District 1 quarterfinal at Radnor. Ken Maas, Shane Sturgis, and Jeff Zelinski each contributed a pair of goals for the Cougars (18-2), who reeled off an 8-1 second-half run.
Springfield (Delaware County) earned its spot in the semifinals with an 11-9 win over Abington at Radnor.
The Cougars (16-4) were led by Joe Venit and Josh Cavanaugh, who scored three goals apiece. Teammate Billy McCullough won 14 face-offs.
Central Bucks East beat West Chester East, 12-7, at West Chester Rustin.
Track and Field
Malvern Prep successfully defended its Inter-Ac League title with a record-breaking performance in the 4x400-meter relay at Chestnut Hill.
Going into the final event, the Friars were down by one point to the host school but won the relay in 3 minutes, 25.26 seconds to take the team title, 62-61, over the Blue Devils.
The effort eclipsed the previous meet record of 3:27.11 by Penn Charter in 2005.
The George Greenwood Award for most points by an individual went to Haverford School's Tom Hopkins, who won the 100 and 200 sprints, and also won the long jump.
Baseball
Kyle Davis lined a two-run double and scored on Matt Maiorelli's triple in the eighth inning to give New Hope-Solebury a 10-9 nonleague thriller at Princeton Day School.
