Souderton senior Jimmy Connolly recently accepted a full scholarship to play basketball at Philadelphia University. The 6-foot-3 shooting guard was also receiving attention from American University, Lehigh, St. Francis, New Jersey Tech, West Chester, Kutztown, and Chestnut Hill College.

The 6-foot-3 shooting guard was also receiving attention from American University, Lehigh, St. Francis, New Jersey Tech, West Chester, Kutztown, and Chestnut Hill College.
Connolly, who transferred from La Salle as a sophomore, averaged 21 points, six rebounds, five assists and two steals last season, often against double teams, before being sidelined for a few weeks after spraining an ankle in January.
He scored more than 1,100 career points at Souderton in three seasons.
