All-South Jersey Girls' Lacrosse

FIRST TEAM Attack: Sarah Lenow, Shawnee, senior. Headed for Ohio State, Lenow possessed one of the hardest shots in South Jersey, totaling 58 goals and 32 assists this season.

Attack: Sarah Lenow, Shawnee, senior. Headed for Ohio State, Lenow possessed one of the hardest shots in South Jersey, totaling 58 goals and 32 assists this season.

Attack: Alyse Maiden, Washington Township, senior. Despite missing the first six games due to injury, this Drexel recruit had 67 goals and 33 assists and 31 draw controls.

Attack: Carlie Rouh, Eastern, senior. A Rutgers recruit in field hockey, Rouh led South Jersey lacrosse players with 106 goals.

Midfield: Michelle Tumolo, Clearview, senior. A high school all-American and Syracuse recruit, Tumolo had 65 goals and 41 assists this season and 270 goals and 121 career assists.

Midfield: Alyssa Ogle, Moorestown, senior. The Inquirer's South Jersey player of the year played on four Tournament of Champions winners.

Midfield: Kirstyn Urbas, Washington Township, senior. This Monmouth recruit had 78 goals, 38 assists and 114 contested ground balls for the South Jersey Group 4 champions.

Midfield: Katrina Martinelli, Moorestown, junior. Martinelli had 61 goals and 27 assists, including nine goals and four assists in two Tournament of Champions wins.

Midfield: Liz Royston, Seneca, senior. Headed to Virginia Tech, Royston had 74 goals and 19 assists and scored 162 career goals.

Defense: Emily Burdalski, Holy Cross, senior. The Ohio State-bound midfielder had 52 goals and 13 assists in 12 games and was called by coach Joey Hanners the best player to ever come out of Holy Cross.

Defense: Alissa Hardiman, Shawnee, senior. A Lehigh recruit, Hardiman had 86 legal checks this season and 143 for her carer.

Defense: Jenna Hildebrand, Moorestown, senior. A leader on defense for the championship team, Hildebrand will attend Florida.

Goalie: Bridget Bianco, Moorestown, sophomore. Despite splitting time in goal, she had 98 saves for the TOC champions.
