Gary Jackson accounted for 102 yards of offense and made it into the scoreboard with a conversion catch as Edward Bok Tech thumped Southern, 36-0, in a non-league opener at 10th and Bigler in South Philly.

The 5-6, 142-pound senior rushed 10 times for 51 yards and added the same amount of real estate on a pair of passes from Andre Frazier (4-for-6, 85 yards, one TD to Jihad Ward). Khalil Neal ran 11 times for 82 yards and a score.

Southern, which was limited to one first down through three quarters, added two more in the late going on 10-yard passes from Mac Stokes to Shaquille Gaskins.
