Two-way Moorestown grid star will attend Penn

Moorestown running back-linebacker Sebastian Jaskowski was dominating on both sides of the ball this season for the Quakers, so it's no surprise there may be a debate among his college coaches on what position he will play at the next level.

The 6-foot, 200-pound Jaskowski recently made an oral commitment to attend Penn.

"My recruiting coordinator kind of wants me for defense, but the head coach [Al Bagnoli] talked to me about offense," Jaskowski said.

As a senior, Jaskowski rushed for 1,578 yards and 19 touchdowns on 164 carries and caught 17 passes for 200 yards and a touchdown. At linebacker, he recorded 68 tackles in helping Moorestown go 6-4 and earn a berth in the South Jersey Group 3 playoffs.

Jaskowski said he chose Penn over Princeton, Brown and Harvard.

"It is what I wanted if I was accepted in the Wharton School of Business," Jaskowski said. "It's pretty close to my home, and I felt it would be a lot simpler than going far away to college."
