Springfield's Petroski pins down a Section 5 title

Andre Petroski of Springfield (Delaware County) never used more than 2 minutes, 44 seconds in scoring three pins on his way to the 189-pound title last night at the PIAA District 1 Class AAA Section 5 wrestling championships at Ridley.

Petroski was named the section's outstanding wrestler, and Upper Darby won the team title with 173.5 points, edging Haverford High (155) in an 11-team field.
