All-Southeastern Pa. girls' track first team

Here's a look at the all-Southeastern Pennsylvania first-team members:

100 meters: Lydia Ali, Radnor, junior. Ali posted a mark of 11.83 seconds - the second-fastest time in the state this season - to win the 100 at the Class AAA state track and field championships. She also won the District 1 Class AAA, Central League, and Springfield Invitational titles.

200: Cierra White, Engineering & Science, junior. White's winning time of 24.26 in the District 12 Class AA meet was the fastest time in the state. She also swept the Class AA state, Public League, and Henderson Invitational races.

400: Michelle Davis, West Catholic, junior. Davis ran a personal-best time of 54.87 to finish second at the Class AA state meet. It was the second-fastest time in the state.

800: Emma Keenan, Gwynedd-Mercy Academy, freshman. Keenan finished in 2:12.47 - the area's fastest time - to place third in the Class AAA state meet. The freshman also won that event at the District 1 meet, Trojan Track Classic, Colonial Classic, and Larry Simmons Invitational.

1,600: Sara Sargent, Pennsbury, freshman. Sargent posted the state's fastest time, 4:51.64, in the District 1 Class AAA trials. She followed her meet-record performance by easily winning the final in 5:00.17.

3,200: Sargent, Pennsbury. Sargent ran the nation's seventh-fastest time, 10:21.06, according to MileSplit.us, to win the Class AAA state race. Her meet record also was the fastest time in the state.

100 hurdles: Leah Nugent, Abington, junior. Nugent recorded the nation's 21st-fastest time, 13.92, according to MileSplit.us, to win her second consecutive District 1 Class AAA race. It was also the second-fastest time in the state.

300 hurdles: Nugent, Abington. Nugent ran the nation's 24th-fastest time, 42.90, according to MileSplit.us, to cruise to her second straight District 1 Class AAA race win. The standout's time was also the fastest in the state. She followed that with a second-place finish at the Class AAA state meet.

Shot put: Anna McCloskey, Cardinal O'Hara, junior. McCloskey placed third at the Class AAA state meet with an area-best effort, 41 feet, 4 inches. She is also the District 12 Class AAA, Philadelphia Catholic League, and Delaware County champion.

Discus: Alita Ostapkovich, Bensalem, junior. Ostapkovich won the District 1 Class AAA meet with an area-best throw, 122-11. She is also the Suburban One National Conference champion.

Javelin: Meghan Morton, St. Pius X, senior. Morton placed third at the Penn Relays with an area-best heave of 141-3. She followed that by winning the District 1 Class AA meet.

Pole vault: Lauren Terstappen, Phoenixville, senior. Terstappen cleared 12-0 - the area's best effort - at the District 1 Class AAA meet. The Clemson signee followed that by clearing the same height to win a Class AAA state championship.

High jump: Annie Holland, Pennridge, junior. Holland cleared a state-best 5-8 to place first at the Class AAA state meet. Her effort tied for the eighth-best height in the country, according to MileSplit.us.

Long jump: Jordan Matthews, Abington, sophomore. Matthews won the Suburban One National championships with the nation's ninth-best distance, 19-71/2, according to MileSplit.us. She followed that by sweeping state and District 1 Class AAA titles.

Triple jump: Matthews, Abington. Matthews nabbed the Suburban One National title with the state's second-best effort, 39-8. She also is the District 1 Class AAA champion.

4x100: West Catholic (Jada Steward, Davis, Caela Williams, Chante Moore). The quartet ran the state's fastest time, 47.41, to place third in the High School Girls' Tri-State race at the Penn Relays. The Burrs also placed third in the meet's High School Girls' Large School consolation race.

4x400: Abington (Matthews, Nicole Grasty, Rachel Strother, Nugent). The foursome posted the state's second-fastest time, 3:47.55, when it finished second at the Class AAA state meet. The Ghosts also won the District 1 race.

4x800: Conestoga (Kyra Sikora, Marta Klebe, Dina Ramadane, Kacie O'Neil). They ran the nation's 11th-fastest time, 9:08.58, according to MileSplit.us, to win the Class AAA state title. It also was the fastest time in the state.
