The teams battled to a 3-3 draw through regulation and a pair of overtime periods, followed by a round of five penalty strokes that still did not settle the issue.
When the match moved to sudden-death penalty strokes, Anstotz converted Audubon's first attempt and Booth then stopped Gloucester's shot, setting off a wild celebration by the Green Wave.
Audubon received two goals from Megan Dadds and one from Julie Johnson in regulation. Booth finished with five saves.
Gloucester's Johanna James scored twice - including the tying goal with just under 12 minutes remaining in the second half - and Lions netminder Brittany Dolson turned aside a dozen shots.
Audubon will host fifth-seeded Haddon Township in the title game on Monday.
Central Jersey Group 4. Brynn Gitt knocked in a pass from Laura Malinoski as time expired, completing Rancocas Valley's 2-1, come-from-behind win over No. 3 seed Freehold Township.
The second-seeded Red Devils were kept off the scoreboard until 11 minutes, 28 seconds remained in regulation - when Gitt scored off a penalty corner.
Rancocas Valley will play at Shawnee on Tuesday for the championship.
South Jersey Group 4. Clearview earned its first trip to the sectional championship game by thumping No. 7 seed Millville, 4-0.
Alyssa Wileczek supplied shutout goaltending and Emily Scanlon scored twice in a four-goal first half by the third-seeded Pioneers, who outshot Millville, 27-6.
Clearview will visit top-seeded Eastern for the title on Tuesday.
South Jersey Group 3. Top-seeded Ocean City ran its record to 20-0, as junior Liz Cruz scored a natural hat trick to go with an assist in a 7-0 rout of No. 4 seed Hammonton.
Mackenzie Lindquist added two goals for the Red Raiders, who will host No. 2 seed Central Regional in the sectional final on Tuesday.
South Jersey Group 1. Jessica Harrell had a goal and an assist, and Joyce Perry added an insurance score in the second half, sending second-seeded Schalick past No. 6 seed Pitman, 3-1, in a semifinal.
Ellen Boring made eight saves for the Cougars, who will head to top-seeded St. Joseph on Monday for the group final.
Girls' Soccer
A powerful shot combined with a fortunate bounce to produce the lone goal of the game, making top-seeded Timber Creek a 1-0 winner over No. 9 seed Highland in a South Jersey Group 3 quarterfinal.
Elise Pratt's blast from the top of the box hit the crossbar and ricocheted off the back of a defender and into the net, putting the Chargers ahead with 23 minutes remaining in regulation.
Tori Dehel turned in a strong defensive effort in support of goalie Lanye Halliday, who made three saves in posting the shutout.
Next up for Timber Creek is a semifinal at home on Tuesday against No. 13 seed Hammonton.
South Jersey Group 2. Freshman Kylie Kirk headed in Katie Johnson's corner kick with 6:37 left in the second overtime, giving fourth-seeded Haddonfield a 2-1 triumph over No. 5 seed Point Pleasant Boro.
The Bulldogs move on to Tuesday's semifinal at top-seeded Cinnaminson.
South Jersey Non-Public B. Fifth-seeded Holy Cross had six players figure in the scoring in a 3-0 quarterfinal win at No. 4 seed Our Lady of Mercy.
Cross-Country
Dylan Tooher (third place) and Kevin Wright (sixth) were the highest-finishing runners for Cinnaminson, which placed fourth out of 14 teams in the Central Jersey Group 2 boys' championships at Jamesburg.
