Seneca (2-3) won six straight bouts from Nick Moore's major decision at 160 pounds to Jeremy Calp's first-period pin at 103 to take a 35-29 lead.

The Bears (1-1) tied the score when Weaver earned a pin in 1 minute, 30 seconds at 112 pounds, and Gericke followed with a fall in 2:56 in the deciding matchup.

Region 7/8 Duals. Cherry Hill West's Mike Marini won a 9-4 decision in the final bout at 135 to clinch a 40-32 win over host Cherry Hill East. West trailed by 21-13 but won five of the last seven bouts, including pins by Brian Smolskey (285), Nick Mohrfeld (103), Tyler Brake (112) and Mark Papaneri (119).

Audubon handed Cherry Hill West a 48-21 setback with Charles Livecchi (112), Ryan Graham (152) and Anthony Cianfrani (160) each getting decisions by two-point margins.

Burlington County. Kevin Fisher (103) and Jason Bowen (119) won close decisions, and Cinnaminson added first-minute pins by Sam Udotong (125) and Joe Henderson (16) to beat host Pemberton, 42-33.

Kyle O'Kane rolled up a 17-1 technical fall, and Shawn Gavin hurried to an 11-second pin in Bordentown's 60-12 victory at Holy Cross.

Colonial. Gateway/Woodbury gave up forfeits in the first two weights before reeling off eight straight wins en route to a 45-33 success at Overbrook. Chris Norris (119), Tyler Covely (125), Brett Baker (130), Anthony Colofransen (135) and David Archambo (145) had pins for the winners.

Cape-Atlantic. Buena dominated host Mainland in a 58-9 win, getting shutout decisions by Justin Pierotti (130) Dillon Berghof (135) and Emad Ziyadeh (285).

Basketball

Sophomore sixth man Jerry Crismond came off the Sterling bench and scored a career-best and game-high 16 points as the Silver Knights knocked off visiting Palmyra, 54-37, in a nonleague matchup. Will Stallworth added 12 points and six steals.

Fueled by a 39-12 second half, Pleasantville pulled away from visiting Camden for a 67-31 win. Shaun Wilson's 16 points topped four Greyhounds in double figures.

After scoring just two first-quarter points and trailing after three periods, Pennsauken Tech rallied to edge host Triton, 41-33. Pedro Jiminez scored 13 points and Brandon Rembert 11 for Tech.

Gardell Anderson (18) had a basket with a minute left and Ryshon Reynolds added a foul shot 40 seconds later for the only points scored in overtime, making Camden Academy Charter a 43-30 winner at Camden County Tech.

Burlington County. Bordentown notched its first win, 56-55, over visiting Maple Shade behind Kartavin Youngblood's 18 points.

Colonial. Haddon Township turned a one-point deficit early in the fourth quarter into a 45-39 win over visiting West Deptford as Ryan Rust (20) scored seven fourth-period points. Colin Duffy contributed 10 points and nine rebounds.

Olympic. Winslow Township trailed Bishop Eustace by 20-14 at halftime, but Stacey Upshaw Goree rallied the host Eagles to a 42-36 win. Goree netted 11 of his 21 points in a 20-10 fourth-quarter comeback.

Tri-County. Tyree Brown, a 6-foot-3 wing guard, scored 17 points and grabbed six boards while steering Highland past visiting Deptford, 49-39.

Friends Schools. The tandem of Curran Ellis (15) and Bryce Langlotz (12) accounted for half of Moorestown Friends' points in a 54-37 win over visiting George School.

Cape-Atlantic. DaQuill Gibbs piled up 26 points and picked off eight steals for Wildwood Catholic in a 50-34 triumph over visiting Bridgeton.
