Sophomore Andrew Nadkarni did not win, but he came through in the 125-pound bout by staying off his back, dropping a major decision to Cyrus Vikali, 12-3. Had Vikali pinned, the match would have been tied, but the major decision earned George School only four team points, not the six it needed.

The Phoenix (3-1 overall, 3-0 league) got a 4-0 decision from Ben Kahn at 119 (injury default).

Another highlight for Friends' Central came when Cary Snider pinned his opponent in 32 seconds to go 17-1 for the season.

Public. Northeast took down visiting rival Lincoln, 63-12, getting consecutive first-period pins from Zack Feinstein (160 pounds) and Dwayne Cooley (171).

John Carlos Melendez got host Edison off to a good start in a 55-18 win over Frankford, pinning his 103-pound opponent in 56 seconds in the first bout.

Mike Wayne (215), Ryan Galen (125), and Darrell Bailey (112) had first-period pins for Washington in its 61-18 win at Franklin Towne Charter.

Catholic. Paul Johnson rallied from a 4-1 deficit for a pin in the heavyweight bout to highlight a 57-18 St. Joseph's Prep win over visiting Conwell-Egan. At 135, Matt DelSignore needed a 7-4 overtime decision against Dylan Hetzer to raise his record to 14-2 for the Hawks (7-3, 3-1).

Jeremy Rieth's pin at heavyweight was the quickest of the day for Father Judge in its 67-12 win at Roman Catholic. Rieth decked Tyrone Brown in 1 minute, 9 seconds.

Suburban One American. Chris Fleming (103) and Tommy Lload (112) earned decisions in the last two bouts to give Upper Moreland a 31-25 win over Wissahickon.

Suburban One Continental. Host Souderton rallied from 15 team points down to earn a 42-25 win over rival Quakertown and remain unbeaten in the division. The highlight for the Indians (7-3, 3-0) were key wins at 119 (Greg Donnelly, 152 (John Prado) and at heavyweight (Joe McNamara).

Ches-Mont. Visiting Downingtown West got a first-period pins from Jason Madanat at 145 pounds to highlight its 51-19 win at Bishop Shanahan. The Eagles' Mike Sweeney registered a 21-second pin at 152.

Host Great Valley outlasted Oxford, 42-33, getting forfeits in the final six bouts of the evening. Colin Henry registered a 51-second pin for the Patriots at 130.

Pioneer Athletic. Visiting Boyertown closed out the match with two pins, a technical fall, and a major decision to earn a 46-22 win over Pottsgrove. Peter Jones had a 37-second pin over Tanner Gibble at 140 in the final bout of the evening.

Gordon Bolig's 8-2 decision over Nate Pompey at 160 clinched host Owen J. Roberts' 34-29 win over Upper Perkiomen in a league battle of unbeatens. Just as important for the Wildcats (9-1, 4-0) was John Bryant's 7-5 decision over Kyle Fellman in the 125-pound bout, one that saw Bryant erase a 5-0 deficit going into the third period. Bryant got three points in the final 15 seconds. The Tribe fell to 10-9, 4-1.

Spring-Ford also remained unbeaten in the league with a 45-15 win over visiting Perkiomen Valley, getting a first-period pin from Chase Brown (103). The Rams are 13-2, 4-0.

Bicentennial. Bristol picked up six pins and four forfeits in a 63-18 win at Plumstead Christian. Tyree Barnes registered the quickest win for the Warriors, at 160 pounds, decking Ji Seung Hoon in 50 seconds.
