Fernando Bella scored off an assist from Jorge Avecilla with 4 minutes to go in the second overtime period to give the Panthers (2-0) the edge against a perennial league contender. The Vikings finished third last year in Division A.
Musa Kamara and Kervin Richards scored in regulation for Fels, and Northeast got goals by Grei Shele and Shavar Shepherd.
Also in the Public League, Philadelphia Academy Charter's 5-2 victory over visiting Swenson featured a hat trick by Louie Rivera, who had the tying and go-ahead goals early in the second half.
Washington dominated visiting Frankford, 6-1, as Mohamed Conde and Wilo Mimbar scored two goals apiece.
Suburban One. A goal by Tyler Sablyak off Brian Werner's assist in the 65th minute snapped a 1-1 tie and lifted Central Bucks West past visiting Souderton, 2-1.
Two goals each by Chris Kulczytzky and Alec Neumann powered Council Rock North past visiting William Tennent, 5-2. Neumann also assisted on a goal.
North Penn goalie Dylan Eiger stopped all eight shots he faced, while Curtis Washburn poked in a pair of goals amid a 3-0 shutout of visiting Central Bucks East.
Nonleague. Daniel Hull assisted Andrew Mercantonio-Fields for a 1-0 lead, then Hull scored four straight goals as Chestnut Hill beat host Roman Catholic, 5-1.
Garnet Valley broke open a close game with a five-goal second half, pulling away from visiting Interboro for a 6-0 win. Eric Carey and Max Cislo each had a goal and an assist among six Jaguars with a goal apiece.
Penn Charter's Sam Agre scored on a header with 13:40 left in the first half to tie the score and the Quakers and visiting Lansdale Catholic settled for a 1-1 draw. Brendan Pinder netted an early goal for the Crusaders, who got 11 saves from Cameron Takemori.
Kennett overwhelmed host Chichester, 8-0, as Diego Avila's two goals topped a list of seven Blue Demons scorers.

Elizabeth Wilcox got loose for a goal with just 10 seconds to go in overtime, giving Shipley a dramatic end to a 1-0 nonleague thriller over visiting Radnor. Whitney Harris provided the assist for Wilcox, and Gators goalie Alex Cones made 13 saves.

Lower Merion's second win was a 5-0 shutout of visiting Notre Dame in which goalie Danielle Barr made nine saves, and Jordyn Ehrich and Julie Reiff each scored twice.
