The Lions (4-1) handed Salem (4-1) its first loss of the season as Johanna James scored the deciding goal in the extra period.

Abbey Meyer tied the game with an unassisted goal with just 17 seconds remaining in the second half. Shanna Scott and Kenya Woods had given Salem a 2-1 advantage late in the game.

Also in the Tri-County, Clearview built a 2-0 halftime edge at Delsea on goals by Ali McCardell and Jackalyn Pauling and held on for a 2-1 triumph.

Pitman knocked off visiting Pennsville, 5-1, with two goals each by Nicole Lindner and Samantha Shimkus, and a pair of assists from Rachel Cressman.

Deptford's 4-0 win at Penns Grove featured two goals each by Dana Mistichelli and Lindsay Quinones.

Glassboro and host GCIT settled for a scoreless tie with eight saves by GCIT's Nathalie Dickol and one save by the Bulldogs' Sara Mungiole.

Burlington County. Second-half goals off the sticks of Nicole Adirato and Sammie Gericke boosted Delran to a 2-1 victory over visiting Burlington Township.

Moorestown rebounded from Saturday's loss to Peddie School with a 7-0 win at Bordentown. Paige Macrae led the Quakers with three goals.

Pemberton overcame a 1-0 halftime deficit at Cinnaminson with second-half scores by Kate Cutulan and Kirstern Smith to beat the Pirates, 2-1.

Cape-Atlantic. Gina Smith, a junior halfback, scored a goal in each half of St. Joseph's 4-0 win over visiting Lower Cape May.

Liz Cruz scored Ocean City's first three goals and Shannon Lawson had the last two for a 5-1 win at Millville.

Nonleague. Katherine Churchill scored twice in the second half to complete a hat trick, wrapping up Moorestown Friends' 4-0 win at Palmyra.

Haddonfield goalie Kellie Riley made nine saves and earned her sixth shutout in six games this fall, 1-0, over visiting West Deptford in the Colonial Conference. Haddonfield has outscored its opponents by 16-0 and has three 1-0 victories.

Laurel Falana's third goal of the season was scored on a header off a throw-in by Olivia Blaber with 9:56 left in the second half.

Collingswood's Taylor Harkness and Overbrook's Amanda Stein traded second-half goals in a 1-1 draw at Overbrook.

Regan Tustin scored in the sixth minute, igniting Haddon Heights' 2-0 win at Sterling. Taylor Nichols added an insurance score midway through the second half.

Haddon Township's Nicky Cutrera knocked in a pair of goals, and goalie Chrissy Ambrozy made three saves en route to a 5-1 win at Woodbury.

Olympic. Eastern has been involved in five one-goal games in six contests this season, including a 1-0 loss at Cherokee. Ashley Koester scored the goal in the first half, and Chiefs goalie Melissa Gall made 16 saves, while Vikings goalie Jax Buckley had six saves.

Olivia McEachern's goal on a 25-yard free kick in the first minute of the second overtime allowed Timber Creek to escape with a 3-2 win at Washington Township. Shelly Ferraro and Tiffany Levengood also scored for the Chargers, and Claire Midili netted Townships goals.

Paul VI turned goals by Erica Graziosi and Kelsey Vick into a 2-1 triumph at Seneca. Eagles goalie Kristen McShane made four saves.

Erin Smith's two goals topped a list of six Shawnee players who contributed goals to a 7-1 win over visiting Winslow Township. Ariana Gerber, Shannon Nugent and Caroline Shinske each added a goal and an assist.

Cherry Hill West and visiting Triton played to a scoreless tie as West goalie Jessica Cavley and Mustangs goalie Angela Martorano each secured her second straight shutout with 11 saves.

Burlington County. First-half goals by Nicole Carela and Carly Taglient gave Moorestown enough offense for a 2-1 win at Rancocas Valley.

Tri-County. Highland rallied to beat visiting Williamstown, 2-1, with second-half goals by Melissa Blevins and Amber Buck.

Nonleague. Pennsauken's Erin Calderone and Penns Grove's Danica Pratta scored two goals each, but Calderone was supported by single goals from teammates Michelle Basner, Rachel Ingram and Ajani McEady for a 5-3 win at Penns Grove.
