Tues. Pa. girls' roundup; O'Hara rolls past PC

Lisa Mintzer added 13 points and freshman Alyssa Monaghan dished out six assists for the Lions. The Quakers' Dee Thomas-Palmer scored 16.

In other nonleague action:

Erin Keyes scored all but one of her 15 points in the first half, putting Little Flower in command en route to a 51-27 romp at Maritime Academy. Brittany Lett (13 points) and Mylika Flacks (12) provided almost all the scoring for Maritime.

Emily O'Donnell fashioned a double-double with 16 points and 10 rebounds to highlight William Tennent's 46-24 home rout of Kennett.

Aiyannah Peal pumped in 16 points and host Abington improved to 3-0 by crushing Chester, 57-28.

Gabby Gibson led the way with 21 points as Friends Select coasted to a 34-21 win at Calvary Christian. Nika Virgile pulled down a dozen rebounds for the hosts.

Ashli Cooper (15 points) scored half of King's Christian's points in the second half of a 38-27 victory at Christian Academy.

Catholic Academies. Nicole Dombrowski got off to a fast start, scoring 9 of her 20 points in a 24-7 first-quarter blitz, and went on to grab eight rebounds as host Nazareth Academy dealt rival St. Basil a 55-42 defeat.

Friends Schools League. Alexa Bowman turned in a strong all-around effort with 13 points, 10 rebounds and seven steals, as host Abington Friends waltzed past Academy of the New Church, 41-11.

Steph Heys totaled 10 points, seven steals and six rebounds in guiding host George School past Westtown, 31-21.

Tri-County League. Janee Eggleston came on to score 11 of her 13 points after halftime to key Collegium Charter's 33-19 runaway win at Del-Val Friends.
