Two successful programs: The Panthers are the defending Class 3A state champions. The Golden Hawks own 10 district titles in Class 2A play.
Golden receivers: Senior wide out Karim Powell leads "BeCaHi" with eight receiving touchdowns and is second in receptions (26) to Nicholas Petro (27), who leads the team with 581 receiving yards. Powell owns 571 yards in the air. Imhotep junior Justin Harris leads the Panthers with 19 receptions, nine touchdowns and 419 yards.
Passing game: Imhotep senior Nasir Boykin has thrown 20 touchdowns to just three interceptions and has completed 63 percent of his passes for 1,034 yards. Bethlehem Catholic junior quarterback Javon Clements has completed 53 percent of his passes and has been intercepted five times.
Special teams/defensive touchdowns: Jeffrey Davis returned a punt for a touchdown last week for Imhotep, and Alonzo Taylor also returned a fumble for a touchdown last week against North Pocono.
