Louis Arensberg, Sr., Audubon, 106 pounds. Arensberg was the Region 7 champion last season and ended with a 35-6 record.

Alex Baider, Sr., Cherokee, 120. He won the Region 7 title with a 30-10 record. He also took sixth in the state.

Mike Campbell, Sr., Collingswood, 160. Campbell was 37-8 and took third place in Region 7.

Jack Clark, Sr., St. Augustine, 152. Clark is a three-time Maryland Independent Schools state champion and two-time National Preps champion who transferred to St. Augustine for his senior season. He must sit out the first 30 days of the season because of transfer rules.

Matt Correnti, So., Holy Cross, 182. As a freshman, Correnti won 35 bouts and finished eighth in the state.

Patrick D'Arcy, Jr., Holy Spirit, 106. He went 41-5 and took third in the state.

Bryan Dobzanski, Sr., Delsea, 220. He was 42-0 last season and won a state championship. He is No. 2 in the nation at his weight class in InterMat rankings. He has committed to Louisville for baseball.

Zack Firestone, So., Clearview, 106. Firestone was 38-3 and won a Region 8 title.

Jake Forsman, Jr., Eastern, 113. He won the Region 7 championship and went 35-6.

Ronnie Gentile, Jr., Paulsboro, 138. Gentile was second in the state last season and finished with a 38-2 mark. He's No. 8 in the country in his weight class in InterMat rankings.

Ed Lenkowski, Jr., Clearview, 152. He was 37-3 and took second in Region 8.

Ferdinand Mase, Jr., Eastern, 106. Mase went 37-3 and grabbed second in Region 7.

Mark McCormick, So., Camden Catholic, 126. As a freshman, he was 33-8 and won Region 7.

Justin McTamney, Sr., Bordentown, 132. He won a Region 7 title, took sixth in the state, and finished 35-6.

Sam Morina, Jr., Paulsboro, 126. Morina was 34-9 and took second in Region 8.

Ed Shockley, Sr., Millville, 195. Shockley was 33-5, took second in Region 8, and won two state-tournament matches in Atlantic City.

Tyreek Smith, Jr., Moorestown, 195. He took sixth in the state and second in Region 7 and finished 33-12.

Andrew Stevens, Sr., Camden, 285. Stevens finished third in Region 7 and was 31-4. He won three matches at the state championships, including two in consolation rounds.

John Van Brill, Sr., Clearview, 138. He was 38-2. He's a two-time Region 8 champion.

Teams to Watch

Camden Catholic (20-5). The Irish will rebuild a bit behind seniors Tyler McBride (31-10 at 106) and Alex Smyth (25-14, 132) as well as sophomore Mark McCormick (33-8, 126).

Cherokee (21-7). The Chiefs have a loaded senior class led by Alex Baider (30-10 at 120), Jim Goldschmidt (30-8, 113), D.J Mele (28-9, 126), and A.J. Nichols (25-8, 160).

Clearview (22-6). The Pioneers beat Paulsboro last season and lost two close matches to rival Delsea. Leading the way this season will be senior John Van Brill (38-2 at 138) and his sophomore brother Mike Van Brill (31-7, 120), as well as junior Ed Lenkowski (37-3, 152) and sophomore Zach Firestone (38-3, 106).

Collingswood (25-9). The Panthers have a seasoned lineup led by seniors Mike Campbell (37-8 at 160), John Deaner (31-9, 182), and Zane Chunko (22-15, 126), as well as juniors Shawn Clark (25-13, 138) and Billy Crowley (28-7, 170).

Delsea (24-3). The Crusaders lost some key athletes from last season but return their biggest gun, senior Bryan Dobzanski (42-0 at 220). Other top veterans include senior John Pierson (26-11, 132) and juniors Tom Carney (25-15, 113) and Vic DeFrance (30-13, 170).

Highland (22-4). The Tartans have a strong returning group led by senior Jordan Warren (26-8 at 182), juniors Sheldon Morris (25-8, 152) and Nick Theisen (28-7, 132), and sophomores Josh Clark (28-5, 120) and George Duddy (21-10, 182).

Millville (19-4). The Thunderbolts have muscle in seniors Obie Kali (31-8 at 220) and Ed Shockley (33-5, 195) and a top middleweight in sophomore Keith Mahoney (25-4, 138).

Paulsboro (21-4). The Red Raiders return a loaded lineup led by junior Ron Gentile (38-2 at 138) and also including senior Juan Rivera (32-10, 132), junior Sam Morina (34-9, 126), junior Davontae Randall (24-13, 285), and junior Niko Savaiinaea (29-9, 170).

St. Augustine (17-10). The Hermits received a big boost from the addition of senior 152-pounder Jack Clark, a national-caliber wrestler. He joins a strong squad led by senior Ed Donahue (24-15 at 126) and juniors Jared Hodges (28-13, 132) and Tom Lynd (28-8, 285).

Shawnee (21-3). The Renegades lost to state power Southern, 29-25, in the South Jersey Group 4 final and could be back for more this season. Leading the way will be seniors Alex Foley (30-5 at 182), Connor Muli (20-4, 132), Brendan Humphrey (33-6, 138), Matt DeBerardinis (21-11, 145), and Ed Moody (23-12, 106).
