
The District 12 girls' cross-country championships were held Thursday at Belmont Plateau with 1A, 2A, and 3A titles awarded.
Paul Robeson took home the team title for the 1A division. Sherisse Peterson of Neumann-Goretti won the individual race in 21 minutes, 17 seconds.

Boys' Soccer
Harrison Coron's two goals lifted Bishop Shanahan over Pottsgrove, 3-0, in a District 1 Class 3A quarterfinal matchup. Jake Frank added a goal as Austin Coron stopped two shots for the shutout. The Eagles will face the winner of Phoenixville and Upper Merion Monday.

Neshaminy beat Conestoga, 3-0 on penalty kicks, after playing to a 1-1 draw through two overtimes. Neshaminy's Deanna Lebotesis and Conestoga's Nia Scott each tallied goals. The Redskins will play the winner of Unionville and WC Rustin in a District 1 Class 4A quarterfinal Monday.
