Cherokee held a 28-24 lead at the half before Shawnee took a one-point lead into the fourth quarter. Borrelli and Austin Lang, who scored 11 points, helped seal the win for Shawnee.
Kyle Kahriger led Cherokee with 16 points.

Jalen Ferguson knocked down four threes to help Burlington Township win at Moorestown, 67-65, in overtime.
DeAndre Montgomery buried five threes en route to a game-high 22 points.
Senior Brandon Rambert scored his 1,000th point in Pennsauken Tech's 63-56 win against visiting Camden Academy Charter. Rambert led Pennsauken Tech with 22 points, and added seven steals and six assists.
Colin Rieger tallied 21 points and led Pennsville to a 56-48 home win over GCIT.
Devon Bell scored 21 points and Eastern cruised to a 73-58 victory against visiting Winslow Township.
Chris Biddle's 18 points and 11 rebounds paved the way to Haddonfield's 77-47 home win against Sterling.
Woodstown's Jason Hankins notched a game-high 24 points in a 67-27 victory against visiting Cumberland.
Phil Cunha led Holy Cross' balanced scoring attack with 13 points, and the Lancers earned an 81-18 win over visiting Maple Shade.
Cape-Atlantic American. Hammonton's Christian Mortellite scored his 1,000th career point on a layup in the third quarter and the Blue Devils went on to beat visiting Oakcrest, 61-36.
Mortellite led Hammonton with 20 points.
St. Augustine's Michael Greenman stuffed the stat sheet with 20 points, seven assists, and four rebounds in a 71-52 home win against Ocean City.
Tri-County Classic. Tim Delaney's 22 points and 10 rebounds led Pitman to a 75-46 win at Pitman.
Burlington Freedom. Zach Berry and Caliph Wright each scored 13 points in Palmyra's 57-40 victory at Riverside.
Colonial. Trey Thatcher led Haddon Township with 22 points and the Hawks won a defensive battle at Audubon, 32-24.
Lindenwold's Leland Loftin scored 19 points en route to a 72-38 victory at Gateway.
