Schultes finished with three goals and three assists and Mikaela Lightcap added two goals for the Gators, who gave first-year coach Ariel Lee her first win.
Kayla Achey, Claire Galliout and Gabbi Kirsch each netted two goals for Williamstown.
In other nonleague action:
Erin Green tallied eight goals to help Sterling cruise past visiting Maple Shade, 16-5. Emily Kriebel chipped in with four goals. Taylor Reader led Maple Shade with two.
Gabrielle Fornia and Natalie Peel netted four goals each in Lenape's 18-4 victory at Haddonfield.
Kelsey Gorman scored four goals and Cherry Hill East coasted at home to a 17-4 win over Delran.
Kristen Biche scored three times but Bishop Eustace fell, 13-10, at Princeton. Ally Criscuolo and Molly Monaghan added two goals each for Eustace.
Danni LeSaint and Maddy Schulte each scored four times in Seneca's 17-6 home win over Absegami.
Burlington County League. Alex Fitzpatrick scored five goals and Nicole Kotelnicki recorded three goals and an assist to help Northern Burlington top visiting Collingswood, 10-5.
