Saturday's S.J. roundup: Cherry Hill East boys' basketball edges Burlington Township in overtime

Carl Gibson and Sam Serata scored 20 points apiece Saturday as the Cherry Hill East boys' basketball team edged Burlington Township, 59-58, in overtime. The Falcons erased an 11-point deficit entering the fourth quarter to force the extra session. Jarek Johnson and JohnPaul Oluwadare both scored 18 points in the losing effort.

David Coit recorded a game-high 27 points as Princeton Day upended Doane Academy, 74-71, in overtime. Dameon Samuels added 16 points for the Panthers.

Pat Driscoll scored a team-high 13 points as Audubon held off Schalick, 45-44. David Robinson had 10 points for the Green Wave.

Steve Matlack scored 22 points to lead Lenape past Paul VI, 58-51. Andrew Sims contributed 16 points for the Indians.

Justin McNichols scored 15 points as Clearview topped Pitman, 53-49. Luke Castagna scored 25 points in a losing effort.

Jabril Enmond poured in 26 points in Florence's 54-38 triumph over Holy Cross.

Girls' Basketball

Shannon Mulroy scored a game-high 21 points as Lenape downed Paul VI, 61-50. Kendall Keyes added 19 points for the Indians.

Lauren Lewis finished with 19 points in Rancocas Valley's 54-46 victory over Camden Catholic. Jaylin Vandunk contributed 15 points for the Red Devils.

Shavonne Smith scored 23 points as Pemberton beat Hopewell Valley Central, 56-50.

Sierra Sanson posted 15 points as Shawnee knocked off Haddonfield, 53-39. Cameron Morgan and Ciana Viccharelli each had 10 points for the Renegades.

Emily Johns' 15 points lifted Washington Township over Williamstown, 36-27.

Sara Peretti scored a game-high 16 points as Hammonton defeated Bridgeton, 48-24. Jada Thompson added 10 points for the Blue Devils.

Bridget Kane put up 26 points in Princeton Day's 61-35 win over Doane Academy. Ryan Robinson had 12 points for the Panthers.

Deanna Corsetti scored 18 points in West Deptford's 66-15 victory over Camden Academy Charter.

Ciondae Horsey posted 14 points as Woodrow Wilson beat Delran, 41-21.
