Zeller scored eight minutes into overtime on an 18-yard shot off an assist by Nicol Natale. Julia Gallagher made 10 saves in goal for the Golden Bears (10-7-1), seeded No. 6 in a seven-team field.
No. 3 seed Villa Maria (7-10-2) had beaten Merion by 3-0 and 2-1 in Catholic Academies games.
Gwynedd-Mercy will be Merion's semifinal opponent. The Monarchs defeated visiting Octorara, 2-0. Taylor Caparo assisted on Olivia Rosenberger's goal eight minutes into the game, and Christine Kindt added an insurance score before halftime.
Harriton made early goals by Jessica Schwab and Katie Melvin stand up for a 2-1 win at Phoenixville. Schwab scored in the eighth minute and assisted on Melvin's goal, while goalie Cat Dolan turned aside nine shots.
Tri-County. Defending champion Barrack Hebrew used a 3-2 advantage in the best-of-five penalty-kick tiebreaker to win the league championship at Perkiomen School.
The teams played to a 1-1 draw through regulation and overtime on first-half goals by Perkiomen's Veronica Melendez and Barrack's Jenna Glassman. Barrack goalie Gracie Gottlieb kept her team in the game with 23 saves, including several diving stops.
Catholic. Kerry Retter converted a penalty kick in the closing seconds of the second overtime period to give Archbishop Ryan a 2-1 thriller over visiting St. Hubert in the league quarterfinals.
Bryn Wassel, playing with a nose broken in Friday's play-in game, scored a goal and assisted on Kristin Szczepaniak's goal as Lansdale Catholic beat visiting Archbishop Carroll, 2-0. Alyssa Messina notched the shutout with three saves.
Courtney Weidner sent a pass up the middle to Ursula Coyle, who scored on an 8-yard shot in the first half as Little Flower beat visiting Conwell-Egan by 1-0. Megan Cullen earned the shutout.
Archbishop Wood beat visiting Cardinal O'Hara, 6-0, with two goals each by Kelsey Celline and Laura Romano.
Nonleague. Deana Mayza's two goals and one assist steered Hill School past visiting George School, 4-1.
Boys' Soccer
Octorara played a man short for the final 20 minutes and clipped visiting Phoenixville, 1-0, in the PIAA District 1 Class AA quarterfinals. Dalton Rutter scored the goal with 14 minutes to go, and goalie Dan Jones secured the shutout.
District 1 Class A. Parker O'Leary scored off a rebound with 17 minutes remaining in the District 1 quarterfinal, lifting Delco Christian to a 1-0 win over visiting Plumstead Christian. Goalie Andrew Garrett made two saves.
Dylan Papiernik's overtime made the difference for unbeaten Faith Christian (17-0-2) in a 2-1 win over visiting Church Farm.
Public. Harry Taggart scored three goals and carried Masterman to a 3-0 win over Science Leadership in the league's Class A semifinals at Frankford. The Blue Dragons' defense gave up just two shots on goalie Julian Melchiore.
Prep Charter's Solomon Zaegar erupted for five goals in a 6-2 victory over Palumbo at Frankford. The Huskies will meet Masterman in the final for the third straight year.
Nonleague. Joey Monzo scored a pair of goals sandwiched around a goal by Ben Wong as Hill School blanked host Germantown Friends, 3-0. Colton Habecker assisted both goals by Monzo and Ted Walter guarded the Hill net.
