Wed. Pa. boys' and girls' roundup: Haverford drops Shipley

Eric Anderson added 18 points and nine rebounds, and Sean Lloyd had 18 points, seven rebounds, and two steals.

In another nonleague game, Markuan Stutts, Adam Strouss, and Kevin Gayhardt gave strong efforts on the defensive glass to lead host Episcopal Academy to a 40-28 win over Hill School. The three combined for 17 rebounds, led by Stutts' eight.

Tri-County League. Abdou Diaw's 15 points and eight rebounds carried Phelps to a 67-21 win at West-Mont Christian.

Girls' Basketball

Sarah Abbonizio scored 16 points and Megan Quinn had 10 as Episcopal Academy beat visiting Hill School, 45-19.

Tri-County League. Jackie Khutorsky's 14 points paced Barrack Hebrew to a 33-31 win at Mercy Vocational.
