Heaven Figueroa and Taylor Thompson accounted for 53 points Wednesday as the Lawrencville girls' basketball team held off Hill School, 59-52. Figeuroa finished with 33 points while Taylor had 20.

Marianna Papazoglou scored a game-high 20 points as Wildwood Catholic sneaked past Deptford, 49-48. Lauren McCallion added 14 points for the Crusaders.

Elaina Hansen led all scorers with 36 points as Clearview edged GCIT, 55-52. Julia Michael added 15 points for the Pioneers. Jessica Beck notched 27 points for the Cheetahs.

Paige Sofield paced Holy Spirit with 11 points in a 35-30 win over Collingswood. Zhyana Young contributed 10 points for the Spartans.

Hannah Cooksey scored 15 points and Arianna Smith added 11 as Triton beat Pennsville, 47-38. Nikita Acker and Jordan Carty combined for 34 of the Eagles' 38 points.

Sara Peretti scored 12 points as Hammonton held off Highland, 36-26. Jada Thompson chipped in 11 points for the Blue Devils.

Keisha Pierce scored 16 points as Woodbury knocked off Paulsboro, 64-41. DarRique Smith had 13 points for the Thundering Herd. Aniyah Bagby tallied a game-high 20 points in a losing effort.

Jada Williams' 25 points led Gloucester Catholic past Gloucester, 64-27. Azana Baines added 19 points for the Rams.

Kelci Jenkins scored 18 points in Kingsway's 52-26 triumph over Williamstown.

Haddon Heights had 10 players score in a 45-17 victory over Overbrook (N.J.). Sumer DeNinno led the Garnets with nine points.

Boys' Basketball

Nizair Scott recorded 21 points as Glassboro topped Pitman, 65-61. Anthony Mitchell and Kwandel Tokley contributed 17 and 13 points, respectively, for the Bulldogs. Luke Castagna scored a game-high 27 points for the Panthers.

Jared Latane finished with 30 points as Haddon Heights downed Overbrook (N.J.), 61-52. Tesean Pressley added 10 points for the Garnets.

Javon Gordon stuffed the stat sheet with 26 points, eight rebounds, six assists, and four blocks as Delsea took down Wildwood, 81-60.

Kolby Braxton contributed with eight points, eight rebounds, six assists, and four blocks for the victors.

Marquise McLaughlin led Cumberland with 18 points in a 68-45 win over Cedar Creek. La'Mark Jones had 11 points for the Colts. De'chanelle Loatman and Jamere Muschette each had 10 points in the victory.

Khalif Battle scored 19 points as Trenton Catholic cruised to a 63-41 victory over Rancocas Valley. Latrell Reid added 16 points for the victors.
