Wednesday's South Jersey roundup: Warren Bethea's 24 carries Camden Tech

Warren Bethea scored 24 points Wednesdayday for the Camden County Tech boys' basketball team in a 96-77 win against visiting Camden Academy Charter.  Damon Jones tallied 23 points, Jules Washington added 18 and DaVaughn Williams chipped in 17. Jeff Nolasco posted a game-high 28 points in the loss.

Omar Ramos finished with 18 points as Williamstown edged Glassboro, 44-38, on the road in Tri-County Conference action.

Noah Syer posted 21 points and Chris Roe added 18 to lift Sterling past Lindenwold, 64-53, at home.

Girls’ Basketball

Maddie McCracken scored 17 points to lead Wildwood to a 42-24 win against host Cape May Tech.

Maddie Ogden posted 14 points and Fiona Flynn chipped in 11 as Cinnaminson edged visiting Pemberton, 42-37, in Burlington County League action.

Jada Thompson led Hammonton with 17 points in a 43-35 win against visiting Clearview in Tri-County Conference action.

Marianna Papazoglou scored 23 points as Wildwood Catholic rolled past St. Joseph, 63-19.
