The Rockford Rampage lived up to their nickname last night in a one-sided 22-12 Major Indoor Soccer League win over the Kixx at Temple's Liacouras Center.

For the Kixx (3-6), the loss snapped a two-game win streak. All three of their wins have come against Rockford (6-4), which took over first place.

Ryan Heins scored 17 seconds into the game, propelling the Kixx to an early 4-0 lead after Anthony Maher also scored a two-point goal.

A Sandre Naumoski goal enabled the Kixx to take a 10-7 lead into halftime, but Rockford dominated the rest of the way.

Pat Morris scored two goals for the Kixx, and Joe DiBuono added one.
