With the win over the defending league champions, the Kixx (17-12) are assured of no worse than the No. 3 seed in the playoffs.
The team is just a half-game behind the first-place Detroit Ignition, who visit the Kixx tonight in the final regular-season game.
Baltimore fell to 15-14.
The Kixx fell behind by 8-0 early in the second quarter before goals by Don D'Ambra and Dino Delevski cut the deficit in half, 8-4.
The Blast then forged to a 12-6 lead before D'Ambra scored again, and Genoni Martinez found the top corner of the net for a three-point score to pull the Kixx within one, 12-11, in the third period.
After more than 14 scoreless minutes in the final period, the Kixx got their first lead of the night when Naumoski registered a two-point restart goal on a pass from Bartolomeu with only 40 seconds remaining.
