Riversharks holding toy drive
Fans are encouraged to bring toys to Campbell's Field to help needy children.
THE CAMDEN Riversharks, in conjunction with Gary Barbera, are holding a holiday toy drive through Jan. 3.
Fans can donate unused, unwrapped toys to Campbell's Field in Camden from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. All toys will be donated to the Boys and Girls Club of Camden County. Educational toys for children ages 6 to 12 are especially welcomed, including checkers, chess and Monopoly. Anyone who donates a gift will receive two tickets to a Riversharks game next season.
Campbell's Field will be closed from Dec. 25 to Jan. 1 and toy donations will not be accepted at that time.
