MASS TRANSIT

With the current construction on Interstate 95 at the Girard Point Bridge, traffic has been known to be backed up all the way from the airport from points south and from the Ben Franklin Bridge from points north. There are few alternate routes to get to the stadiums unless you take Broad Street or 676 to Snyder Ave. With that said mass transit, looks the way to go.

SEPTA: Will again run its Sports Express service via the Broad Street Line (Orange Line) approximately 2 1/2 hours before all Eagles regular-season home games. Starting from Fern Rock station, Sports Express trains run 10 minutes before and after games. Sports Express stops are made at Olney, Erie, Girard, Spring Garden, Race and Vine, City Hall and Walnut–Locust. In addition, SEPTA will ramp up service on its Market-Frankford El Line (Blue Line) by five trains to assist heavy volume on the Orange Line. Suburban passengers can take their local regional rail line to Suburban Station to catch the Sports Express trains to the stadium. For more info and for possible ticket promotions like the one day Independence Pass, visit www.septa.org. New Jersey riders can take PATCO trains into Center City and take the Broad Street Line.

NJ TRANSIT: For the third year in a row, NJ Transit has partnered with SEPTA to assist the Eagles' New Jersey fan base and Philly fans seeking transportation up to the new Meadowlands stadium. Visit njtransit.com/meadowlands.
