76ers will have 11 players officially under contract when training camp begins on Friday:

The Sixers will have two restricted free agents - F Thaddeus Young and C Spencer Hawes - neither of whom will report to training camp until they sign either their qualifying offer with the Sixers, or another team's offer sheet (which the Sixers would then have three days to match).

The NBA's maximum number of players for each team is 15. If the Sixers bring back Young and Hawes, as they expect to do, they will have 13 players under contract, which means they will almost certainly add another player, or possibly two, during training camp.
