Andray Blatche and Joe Johnson each scored 21 points Thursday night in the Brooklyn Nets' 102-93 victory over the visiting Los Angeles Clippers, making Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett winners in their first matchup with coach Doc Rivers.

Brook Lopez had 16 points and Deron Williams 15 for the Nets, who won their season-high third straight. Pierce scored 10 points off the bench in his second game back from a broken hand.

Andre Iguodala had a target date in mind to return from a right hamstring injury. The Golden State Warriors had a different one.

Iguodala said that the sides are "in the same chapter. Not on the same page." The former 76er said he hopes to come back "really soon" but will leave the decision up to team trainers.

Iguodala is expected to miss his 11th straight game when the Warriors host the Houston Rockets on Friday night.
