Former Villanova guard Ryan Arcidiacono has signed a two-way contract with the Chicago Bulls, the team announced Tuesday.

The terms of the deal were not disclosed, but according to the Bulls' website, Arcidiacono signing a two-way contract means that he can play for the Bulls' G League affiliate, the Windy City Bulls, but can spend up to 45 days with the NBA club.

Arcidiacono played for the Bulls' Summer League team this season and averaged 5.8 points, 3.2 rebounds and 2.8 assists.

After leading Villanova to a national championship in 2016, Arcidiacono spent his first season of professional basketball with the San Antonio Spurs' G League affiliate, the Austin Spurs.

Before signing with the Bulls, Arcidiacono signed on to play professional basketball in Italy.
