CLEVELAND – Dario Saric will start Saturday night against the Cleveland Cavaliers at Quicken Loans Arena.

The 76ers power forward was listed as questionable with a left eye laceration and right eye corneal abrasion. Those injuries sidelined him for Thursday's 107-104 loss to the Los Angeles Lakers. Saric was cleared to play against the Cavs after testing out protective goggles during his pregame warmup.

His participation in Saturday night's game was not expected.

"If you put a gun to my head, I'm expecting him not to play," coach Brett Brown said after Saturday morning's shootaround.

Saric is averaging 11.4 points and 6.5 rebounds.
