UPDATE: Pedro Power, agent for 76ers center Richaun Holmes, said he was not employed by ASM, the agency that has been associated in the federal bribery investigation concerning the NCAA. Power says he represents Holmes as reported, but works for Youfirst Sports, based in Madrid. The National Basketball Players Association (NBPA) lists him with Youfirst Sports, as well.

Youfirst Sports does do collaborating work with ASM Sports with some clients, which according to Power has caused some confusion. "A lot of overseas agencies have partnerships and collaborate with other big U.S. agencies for their NBA clients," he said. "In this case, Youfirst Sports collaborates with ASM with only some clients."

Power said the only collaboration with regards to Holmes had to do with marketing, not representation. "I represent him, and ASM doesn't,' Power said. "To be clear, whatever happened with ASM has nothing to do with me or Richaun."

Original story:

Richaun Holmes, the 76ers third-year center, was non-committal about whether he would continue to be represented by ASM, the agency associated in the federal bribery investigation concerning the NCAA. Former ASM employee Christian Dawkins was among 10 arrested on federal corruption charges.

Several outlets have reported that the agency, run by agent Andy Miller, had its office raided by the FBI.

Holmes is represented by Pedro Power of ASM, who was not mentioned in the probe.

Since news of the investigation broke earlier this week, several NBA players have cut ties with ASM.

"I would rather not say anything and I am trying to figure out what is going on," Holmes said after Friday's practice when asked if he would continue to be represented by ASM.
