Talk about a quick trip to the G-League.

As expected, the 76ers recalled Furkan Korkmaz from the Delaware 87ers, their G-League team Saturday in time for that night's game against the Golden State Warriors at Wells Fargo Center. Philly.com reported Saturday morning that the transaction would happen. The Sixers sent the rookie guard down to the Sevens Friday. He finished with 19 points, 12 rebounds, two steals, two blocked shots and four turnovers in that night's game against the Erie Bayhawks in Erie.

This was Korkmaz's third G-League game.

He had averaged 13 points, 6.5 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 31 minutes in the previous two matchups.

The Sixers selected him with the 27th overall pick in the 2016 draft. He, however, spent last season playing in Turkey.
