Soul to play game at Boardwalk Hall

Game against Las Vegas part of an effort by a new Atlantic City commission to revitalize the city.

THE SOUL will play its May 30 home game in Atlantic City's Boardwalk Hall, the Daily News has learned from a source close to the situation.

Philadelphia will play the Las Vegas Outlaws at 6 p.m. on the Saturday after Memorial Day weekend.

The game is being billed as the "Brawl at the Hall" and is the initial sporting event for the Atlantic City Sports Commission, a group trying to revitalize the city.

The fantasy sports website DraftKings.com is the lead sponsor.

Ticket sales will open at noon tomorrow and will be available at www.PhiladelphiaSoul.com or by calling 888-879-SOUL.

The Soul opens its season at 7 p.m. Sunday, March 29, at Orlando. The first home game is 4 p.m. Sunday, April 12, against Jacksonville at the Wells Fargo Center.
