2nd annual South Street Headhouse Spring Festival

Spring was cooperated on Saturday as South Street hosted one of many festivals scheduled that day in Philadelphia. The South Street Headhouse Spring Festival kicked off at 11 a.m. and was held on the famous street, between Front and 8th Streets.
