Cacia's Bakery continues tradition of cooking turkeys in brick oven

The pandemic was not enough to stop the family-owned Cacia's Bakery from cooking over 70 turkeys in their massive ovens for customers this year on Thanksgiving day, Nov. 26, 2020. People lined up in the early hours of the morning before returning at noon to pick up their cooked birds. Thanksgiving is one of the busiest days of the year for the bakery, followed by Christmas Eve and New Years eve.
