Celebrity profanities go to the Supreme Court

Does the FCC have the right to punish broadcasters who let objectionable words get on the air? On Nov. 3, the U.S. Supreme Court will start considering that question in a case involving Fox TV and remarks by Cher, Bono and Nicole Richie.
