Philly's ROTC programs honor fallen war hero at this year's Liberty Stakes competition

The ROTC Liberty Stakes competition will feature cadets from Drexel, Temple and Widener as they compete in mental and physical challenges on Friday evening, Feb. 7, 2020. The trophy for the competition this year honors John McVeigh, a Philly native who died in World War II. McVeigh was posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor in 1945.
