Protesters smoke weed at Liberty Bell

Protesters smoke weed at the Liberty Bell hoping to put pressure on Pres. Obama to end federal marijuana prohibition. The event was organized by The Panic Hour and supported by Philly National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML).
