See the tiny re-enactors of a Presidents Day costume contest
As part of the Presidents Day festivities, children dressed as a U.S. president or first lady competed in a Presidential Costume Contest at the National Constitution Center on Monday.

The winner, Chloe O'Donnell, 8, of Ambler, dressed as Mary Todd Lincoln, received a family membership. Other festivities included a Kids Town Hall with Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln, and Theodore Roosevelt re-enactors, a lecture on the "Continuing Legacy of the Forgotten Presidents," and arts and crafts stations.
