Nutter-Landrieu speech puts focus on urban violence

WASHINGTON - With the National Press Club as their bully pulpit, Mayor Nutter and New Orleans Mayor Mitchell J. Landrieu used the occasion Thursday to bring a national focus on the epidemic of urban violence.
