Clarke's vision: 7 restaurants in LOVE Park

Seven restaurants in LOVE Park? That was the vision that Philadelphia City Council President Darrell L. Clarke unfurled on Wednesday. He would pay for long-overdue upgrades to John F. Kennedy Plaza by leasing the rights to create 26,000 square feet of restaurant space in the iconic but aging park.
