As people look for more living space during the pandemic, roof decks are becoming a must-have. David Posternack, owner of Match Remodeling, said he's getting so many requests for roof decks, he's had to turn away business. He and his crew are building a roof deck in the Spring Garden neighborhood of Philadelphia.
