A roof deck escape during the pandemic

Bill Pilat has been enjoying his roof deck on his Southwest Center City rowhome since it was completed this spring. He's especially happy he has the space to escape to during the pandemic. “Being able to go out somewhere — it was a godsend,' he said. "I’m glad I didn’t push it off another year. I’d be kicking myself.”
