The extra point, the first attempted plackick of the game, was blocked.

3:12: The Eagles finally struck with their passing game, as Nick Foles hit DeSean Jackson for a 19-yard TD pass with 4:05 left in the third quarter to pull the Eagles within 14-6. Their 2-point conversion attempt failed. Neither team has a attempted a field goal or extra-point kick because of the snowstorm.

2:23: The Eagles drove 79 yards on 13 plays before their drive stalled at the Lions 10 yard-line. Because of the heavy snow, the Eagles tried to covert fourth-and-7 at the 10 but a pass from Nick Foles to Riley Cooper in the corner of the end zone was incomplete. The Lions then ran out the clock to force halftime.

2:00: The Lions' Joique Bell scored on a 2-yard run, and then caught a 2-point conversion pass from QB Matthew Stafford as the Lions took an 8-0 lead with 10:07 left in the second quarter in a heavy snowstorm at the Linc.

Nick Foles' first interception of the year, by Chris Houston, set up the drive at the Eagles' 20.

Rather than attempt a kick in the heavy snow, the Lions chose to go for two after the TD and succeeded.

1:50: The Eagles and Lions were scoreless early in the second quarter at Lincoln Financial Field as a snowstorm that was forecast for later in the afternoon arrived an hour before the 1 p.m. kickoff and turned into a major storm. Snow is falling heavily, with only the 5-yard line markers uncovered.

Nick Foles was intercepted with 12:06 left in the second quarter, his first pick of the season after 19 TD passes. He was one short of the NFL record for TD passes without an interception in a season, set earlier this year by Peyton Manning.
