Avant TD pulls Eagles within 41-30

LIve updates: Eagles at Vikings

After the Eagles' second straight TD, they kicked short and Minnesota started its drive at its own 46. On third-and-14, Matt Cassel hit Chase Ford for 37 yards to move the ball to the Eagles' 5. The Vikings scored two plays later.

A 25-yard screen pass to Brent Celek moved the ball to the Minnesota 2 to set up the score.

The Eagles failed on a 2-point conversion try as Foles' pass to Riley Cooper fell incomplete.

Foles is 18 of 30 for 246 yards in the game, including a touchdown and interception.

Minnesota's time of possession advantage is 19:39 to 9:15.

Blair Walsh had hit a 21-yard field goal to give the Vikings a 10-3 lead.

Nick Foles scrambled for 21 yards on third-and-11, and he hit LeSean McCoy for 24 yards on a screen pass on the drive.

Minnesota drove 91 yards in four plays.

The Vikings' running backs are Matt Asiata, Joe Banyard and Jerome Felton. Their cornerbacks are Marcus Sherals and former Eagle Shaun Prater. Rhett Ellison will start at tight end, and Joe Berger will start at guard in Fusco's place.

There are no surprises among the Eagles inactives.

Safety Earl Wolff and linebacker Najee Goode are both out because of injuries. They were each doubtful to play.

Quarterback Matt Barkley, cornerback Curtis Marsh, running back Matthew Tucker, and tackles Matt Tobin and Dennis Kelly are the other inactives.
