Summer Time: Expanded bicycle hours on A.C. Boardwalk means one thing

ON THE VENTNOR-ATLANTIC CITY BORDER - The days when 10 a.m. was the bicycle witching hour - the time when any illusion of One Boardwalk stretching from Ventnor's Margate border on through Atlantic City's inlet evaporated, when Ventnor's "until noon" bicycle hours collided head-on into Atlantic City's "until 10 a.m." - are over.
