Lifelong plant lover opens her own Chestnut Hill shop

Earlier this month Kay Henderson moved her online plant shop to a brick and mortar store. She'd outgrown her apartment, where she often had 300 plants each week. Henderson sells houseplants and plans to offer a variety of educational services at her Chestnut Hill shop, Sister Sunflower. Henderson developed her love for plants as a child, while helping her great grandmother care for hers. "It's something to nurture that doesn't talk back," Henderson said. "How could you not love it."
