Philadelphia issues curfew as stores board windows amid unrest

A citywide curfew is in place from 9 p.m. Wednesday through 6 a.m. Thursday following the fatal police shooting of Walter Wallace Jr. Wallace’s death has prompted two days of demonstrations in West Philadelphia, with interactions between police and demonstrators turning heated at times.
