Rocky statue returns to the top of the Art Museum steps

For the first time in three decades, the Rocky statue is at the top of the steps of the Philadelphia Museum of Art. On Tuesday, a second casting, owned by Sylvester Stallone, was unveiled atop the museum steps. It will remain on loan there through Dec. 31.
